We are 100+ people across Paris, Miami, São Paulo, Lisbon and Marseille, growing fast and profitable.MissionWe're building a dedicated product squad around Money, focused on payments, tax compliance, and a revamp of our PSP (Payment Service Provider) architecture. Many topics are already identified, and the squad is being shaped right now.As the Product Data Analyst of the squad, you are its analytical partner: you turn data into decisions and recommendations, you make sure no product decision is made without a data foundation, and you are a guardian of data quality and reliability within your scope.What you will doDefine and monitor the squad's metrics, including financial metrics, and educate the team and stakeholders on how to read themLead data reconciliation projects between PSP data (Stripe and others), internal ledgers and accounting systemsDesign advanced data models for financial flows (payments, payouts, taxes, compliance reporting) and challenge the existing data model and metricsDefine a clear standard and set up ownership for business-critical financial dataSupport the PSP architecture revamp: data quality checks, migration validation, monitoringContribute to discovery, tracking specs and QA, monitoring after launch, bug analysis and A/B tests when relevantCollaborate with your squad, Ops and FinanceContribute to the Data Platform (dbt, Snowflake, Airbyte) beyond your squad scopeContext engineering for AI: build and keep up to date the context source of truth (metric definitions, business rules, documentation) that our AI agents rely onThe job is made for you if...Must haveYou have 2 years of experience minimum, including one solid full-time experience on a similar topic (financial data or a regulated, high-rigor environment: fintech, payments, fraud, compliance)You have very strong data modeling skills and solid SQL (complex queries)You have a strong analytical mind and a solid academic backgroundYou are comfortable with numbers and want to go deeper into Python, dashboards and product metricsYou have a strong appetite for the product (product experience is not required)You use AI tools in your day-to-day workYou are fluent in French and EnglishNice to haveBasic understanding of payment flows and main playersStripe or other PSP data modeling knowledge, data reconciliation, notions of tax complianceAirbyte, dbt, Metabase, Hex, Snowflake, PostHog (willingness to learn is a requirement)B2B experience, advanced use of AI tools (agents, automation, context)A passion for entertainment: music, gaming, eventsWho you areHumble and simple: we set the bar high but don't take ourselves too seriouslyCurious: you want to dig and understandOwner and organized: autonomous, you drive projects and move the team forwardRigorous: you care about details and you can challenge an analysisA great communicator: you make the numbers speak, in writing and out loud, and you can present technical or analytical topics to different audiences without losing themA team player in a cross-functional squad (PM, designer, developers)Comps & PerksCompany health insurance Alan (Shotgun covers 50% of contributions)Swile restaurant vouchers (50% covered by the employer, restaurant voucher value of 9 euros)50% reimbursement of transportation pass (Navigo-type pass, public service bike subscription)Sustainable mobility bonus to encourage green transportation (set at 35 euros/month)A Gymlib subscription (access to sports and wellness facilities at reduced prices; Shotgun covers part of the subscription)Shotgun-related benefits:50% discount on Shotgun commissions for event organizers on the platform150 € Shotgun credit per quarter
