Description du poste

At Brevo, we’re not just building a CRM. With our technology, we’re helping millions of organizations build lasting relationships with their customers.

From emails and SMS to WhatsApp, Chat, and Marketing Automation, our tools are intuitive, powerful, and built to scale with every ambition. We give businesses a clear view of the customer journey, so they can focus on what matters: connection.

As a certified B Corp, we’re proud to grow with purpose, committed to high standards of social and environmental impact, not just performance.

Today, more than 500,000 businesses across 180 countries—from NGOs like Amnesty International to global brands like Carrefour, eBay, Louis Vuitton, and Michelin—trust Brevo to engage their audiences, cut through complexity, and deliver results. Our reliable technology and 75+ integrations help them create unparalleled customer experiences, without the usual tech headaches.

We recently exceeded 200m ARR and reached a major milestone by becoming a Unicorn, backed by strong growth and global expansion - and we’re just getting started!

We are looking for an entrepreneurial marketing leader to define the marketing vision for Brevo’s Pro Business Unit and turn it into sustainable business growth. You will identify where the Pro Business Unit can win, make clear investment choices and build marketing programs that can scale.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will work directly with the Head of Sales, RevOps, Client Ops and Product. You will combine strategic ownership with hands-on execution, with shared goals across customer acquisition, conversion and expansion.

You will initially be the only dedicated marketer for the BU. As the business grows, you will propose the resources and organization needed, with the opportunity to build a small team in line with agreed priorities and budgets.

Your impact at Brevo:

  • Set the marketing vision and direction. Define priority customer segments, positioning and growth opportunities. Translate the BU’s ambitions into a focused marketing strategy and quarterly roadmap, with clear choices about what to pursue and what to stop.
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities. Work with Sales and Product to uncover unmet customer needs, test new use cases and evaluate opportunities in new segments, markets or partnerships. Build the business case, validate demand and expand the approaches that prove effective.
  • Build and run programs that generate revenue. Personally lead demand generation and lifecycle campaigns, from briefing and messaging to automation and optimization. Generate qualified pipeline and improve conversion, while supporting adoption and customer expansion with Client Ops.
  • Align teams around the go-to-market plan. Partner with Sales on lead qualification, follow-up and enablement. Work with Product on launches and customer messaging, and coordinate important customer communications with the relevant teams.
  • Manage investment and scale what works. Propose and manage the marketing budget agreed with the GM. Work with RevOps on measurement, evaluate acquisition efficiency and contribution to revenue, and turn successful experiments into repeatable programs. Maintain responsible consent, preference and deliverability practices with specialist support.
  • Build the marketing function for the next stage. Establish the processes, tools and capabilities needed as activity grows. Identify when to use shared resources, external specialists or new hires. Build and lead a small team as hiring plans are approved, while remaining close to execution.

Who you are:

  • Marketing leadership and scaling experience. 5+ years in B2B marketing, including a role as Head of Marketing, Marketing Lead or equivalent, with ownership of strategy and execution and a demonstrable contribution to startup or scaleup growth.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and commercial judgment. Ability to identify growth opportunities, assess their business potential and turn ideas into action. You have built programs from scratch, prioritized limited resources and made clear decisions about where to invest.
  • Hands-on marketing expertise. Proven ability to build and optimize demand generation campaigns, customer journeys and automated workflows, with practical knowledge of CRM, segmentation, consent management and deliverability.
  • Financial and analytical discipline. Experience managing marketing budgets, measuring pipeline and revenue contribution, and using funnel metrics and experiments to improve performance and guide investment decisions.
  • Readiness to build and lead a team. Ability to identify resource needs, coordinate specialists and build a small team as the business grows. You are comfortable staying close to execution while progressively hiring, developing people and delegating.
  • Strong messaging and collaboration skills. Ability to translate customer insights into clear positioning and persuasive copy, and align Sales, Product and operational teams around shared business priorities.
  • English proficiency. Fluent English, both written and spoken, is required.

Our candidate journey:

  • TA call
  • Interview with CMO
  • Interview with General Manager Business Unit Pro
  • Last interview with Sales Director Business Unit Pro

Whoever you are, wherever you’re from, if this role speaks to you, we’d love to hear from you.
