AI Engineer Intern

Within the COO organization, you report to the Head of Data & Digital Transformation for Asset Management.

At ODDO BHF Asset Management, AI is a tangible, business-driven initiative that already impacts all areas of the firm: Portfolio Management, Sales & Marketing, Risk & Compliance as well as Operations. The team designs and deploys AI agents in production with direct business impact. The technical environment includes LLM-agnostic architectures, RAG systems, and the orchestration of autonomous agents.

In this role, your primary responsibilities include:

o Design and develop AI agents to address real-world business use cases.

o Build robust RAG pipelines and agent-based architectures.

o Work directly with business teams to understand and define requirements.

o Present work, findings, and proposed actions to internal business partners and management.

o Contribute to a shared enterprise-wide AI agent platform.

o Participate in architecture and technology stack decisions.

The internship is based in Paris, with interactions with international teams.
