Your missions As a member of the Process & Pilot Expertise team (DGO), within a dynamic team of engineers, you will contribute to the industrialization and optimization of L'Oréal manufacturing processes (make-up, hair color or hygiene). Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Development and optimization: study existing processes and propose improvements in quality, robustness and performance.
  • Experimentation: run lab- and workshop-scale trials with all associated controls, and design experiments (DOE) to understand process levers.
  • Scale-up and industrialization: run pilot batches, analyze gains and take part in the scale-up at plant level (from a few dozen kilos to industrial pilot scale of several tons).
  • Project management: lead cross-functional process improvement projects (quality, safety, sustainability, agility, performance), working with varied stakeholders (R&I, Operational Development, plants, Global Manufacturing).

Your profile

  • You are enrolled in a Master 2 or final-year engineering program, looking for a final-year internship, with a specialization in process engineering or chemical engineering.
  • Enjoy experimentation and hands-on work, rigor, analytical and scientific mindset.
  • Curiosity, autonomy, adaptable to changes in pace and workload, good interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in project management.
  • A plus: comfort with workshop or laboratory work.
  • Fluent in English and French.
